Board agreed that it would be nice to have members from this year stay on for next year to continue making progress. Mel and Jessy will be eligible.
Kelly will send out reminder and Janelle will make an announcement in Career. Others will continue to send nominations to Kelly by Friday.

Initiation Speaker & Menu
There will be a variety of meals all around $12
Speaker ideas: Kelly M. and Jessy M. both made recommendations. Would like to have someone discuss a more general “life Inspirational” topics so all attendees can relate. Other ideas: leadership development, how to stay motivated, and self care. If you have any ideas contact Kelly Melvin. Would like to have speaker confirmed by April 1st.

March 12th- Bowl 4 Kids-Carlyn will send out reminder to all bowlers.
March 13th Shamrock Shuffle- Shannon will send out a reminder this week. Also promote it as an activity you can do with your mentor/mentee.
March 12th-Newsletter Submissions Due
March 18th -Newsletter Out
April 5th – Emphasis Info Sheets will be provided as well as Pizza. Emphasis sheets need to be approved by April 2nd (Laura)- CSI will reimburse for printing costs if there are any if flyers are in color. Copy This can do them.
April 7th Child Abuse Speaker 4-6 (Lisa F. is making flyers to hang on bulletin board and in Clow )
April 12th Award Nominations Due- Jessy will send this form out in the newsletter.
April 30th Initiation @ Primo’s. There is room for 50-60 people.

5. Spring Joint Meeting
o After Semester is over
o Day, Time, Location- Meet in Appleton @ Harmony Café. A doodle will be sent out to all past/present executive members to confirm date and time. Jessy will send this out in early May.
Misc. Ideas/Thoughts:
· Do exec team building activity in the beginning of year : Summer/September
· Is there enough money to pay for executive members meals @ initiation? Is this

· All committee chairs need to give a write up of their committee progress/report to Jessy by the joint meeting in May or June.
